Personal Cultural Profiler

The Personal Cultural Profiler (PCP) assesses personally preferred behaviour in a management environment. The result indicates the strengths and weaknesses of an individual in a specific cultural setting (organisational or national).

Personal profiles can be visualised in the underlying Model of Freedom, and can be compared with team, departmental, organisational or national cultures. These comparisons pinpoint the opportunities to reconcile cultural differences, which enhances team performances.

Depending on the client’s need, Associates can choose to grant clients access to only the PCP scores, or to an entire PCP report, explaining the scores in the Model of Freedom. The PCP report is an automated individual report, sent to the associate, and – if wished for – to the client directly after completion.

The Personal Cultural Profiler is available to clients in English, Danish, German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Russian and Japanese. The generated report is available in English only.
